Tried to secure appointment with the CEO for Standard Bank

Dear Sir or Madam I Linduyise Sibusiso Mahaye ID ********** 633087, tried to secure appointment with Standard bank CEO. I was turned down by his secretary and his management. CEO was also included on my correspondence, but he never responded to my correspondence. This act is regarded as undermining their clients. I have decided to move my account with Standard bank to Nedbank. This indicates that the bank does not taking care of their clients.
