Tremendous improvement

<p>About one year ago I was an extremely disgruntled SB client, and had endless issues with them. And I never thought I'd say this, but I am so impressed with the service that I have received lately that I feel compelled to give them a good review on hellopeter, and recommend them as a business bank. Obviously not perfect, and there are still a few irritating issues, but on the whole their service is great. I have only had good service at the branch, and the BizDirect contact centre is top notch. Their internet and mobile banking has also improved DRASTICALLY in the last year or so. </p>
