Tree hits roof in storm

a tree hit the roof capping off our roof during a storm. Stanbic sent a builder to have a look at it. They then said it was an old roof and it was wear and tear! I called back and said ******* I want a proper assoessor to come and view. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Time to get another company to insure our home!
