Treating customers unfairly

I have been banking with Standard Bank for 6 years. In January I app**** for vehicle finance but was declined due to a judgement against my credit profile which should have been removed in 2015 as the account was paid in full already. I was told to have Experian update the records and try again in 3 months. In April I contacted SB again after sending all the relevant details to Experian and ensuring it's been amended. SB then declined me again due to affordabilty although and only questioning and quering it did they say the reason was that I was high risk. They eventually overturned the decision and even sent me a podium to the amount of R120 000 with a R50 000 deposit - which I agreed to. SB then told me I need to find a lower priced vehicle of R120 000 with a R40k deposit as they would only finance me for R80k. After struggling to find a vehicle they then decided to change their minds again and told me I had to increase my deposit to R63k after I told them I only had R40k as a deposit. I have been messed around and had to do everything possible to structure a deal with my bank with little to no assistance in any regard. I am unbelievably frustrated, annoyed and dissapointed as a customer and consumer.
