Treated unfairly

STANDARD BANK has ruined my life and I have lost respect from friends and neighbours and put shame to my kids at school. Today my kids were treated and exposed to a unfavorable conditions whereby they were not allowed inside the school premises due to no payment received from my side. This is my third complain I am sending about this and the bank does not want to take responsibility I have spent my last money (9k) to pay arrears that I had with other credit providers after being advised by the consultant if I do that my loan application will be approved of which I did and gave her proof of payment to speed up the application. I have been speaking to one of the senior managers to sort out my problem but it looks we are facing a dead end but me as client I have suffered a lot financially and emotionally and only to be told as STD we apologies to me this is not acceptable. STD needs to come to the party with my problem I am still going to make a big noise about this and STD knows very well about my problem and they don't want to take responsibility I have been treated unfairly and given false hope.Today my kids will miss their school and is not my fault STD please look at this matter
