TRAUMA CAUSED BY STANDARD BANK

On the 9th October 2015 I went to Standard Bank to enquire about the paid up letter so that the credit card account can be closed, the respond that I got from their consultant was that the letter will be emailed to me within 14 days. I am still waiting for the letter, now I've been receiving sms's stating that S129 notice will be sent for my Standard Bank card account and summons will be issued.

I settled the Standard Bank account in December 2014 after been given a discount, even their consultants agree that they see it on their system that an amount of R800 was paid to settle it. They always say they will escalate the matter to the administrators to deal with it. How long is it going to take Standard bank to send me the letter? Currently it's already reflecting at credit bureau that I'm not paying standard bank.

Your debt collectors (Helene Hollander Team Administrator and Nomthandazo Mncube) are always on my case. It looks like you are not willing to listen to me. Receiving sms's and emails threatening legal actions after the account had been paid up is not healthy at all.
