This refers to the complaint raised on 02-01-2014. No one has assisted me. Logged ref nos *** (Open - due 12.01.2015), *** (Open - due 06.01.2015), *** (Resolved - nothing was ever resolved), *** (Resolved - nothing was resolved) and *** (Resolved - nothing was resolved) all refer to the same matter and they are now avoiding me after I requested that the matter be escalated.
