TRANSFERRING MONEY WITHOUT CLIENTS CONSENT

To my disgust I realised this week how non secure your personal bank account with Standard Bank is. I fell behind with a personal loan, made an arrangement and couldn't keep up with the first payment. Two days ago they made the first transfer, which was well within the arrangement I had with them, so I would have just paid the balance outstanding. This morning money gets paid into my account and they transfer 3/4 of the amount paid in to the loan account. When I phone the call centre I'm being told by one agent that they are allowed to deduct from my bank account. I am not happy at all and asked to speak to one of the supervisors. He was busy at that time, so I asked to be phoned back. The other agent phones and he tells me to go to a branch to request the credit refund. I feel that they did the transfer, they must make sure that money get paid back to my account.

What scares me is the fact that they can go into my personal bank account and make transfers without my consent. They don't know what my situation is, how can they just take money from my account. I need this rectified and my money back before the end of business today or Standard Bank will LOOSE me as a client.
