Transferred between departments with no help!
It’s all fun until you need help with this bank, their agents keep transfer me through departments without offering any help. Most irritating thing is I went to the branch the first time stood on the line didn’t get help there either.
I got charged over 1k more on my revolving and this wasn’t due to the % increase they confirmed this at the branch!!!
