Transfer Recall getting ignored
Good morning I made a transfer recall to *** and I am still waiting for a reply from Standard Bank as to what is happening with my transaction?
I have sent multiple emails and paid the R310 to do such a recall but nobody is coming back to me?
Please can someone contact me urgently as I need an answer on my payment reversal.

27 May 2022, 10:37This happened over a year ago and I have still not received any refund on my payment. The company has since been liquidated and Standard Bank cannot help me. Other clients who have had the same problem with this company banking at FNB and ABSA have received their refunds but all Standard Bank account holders cannot be helped
Money in the water!! It is definitely time for a switch to another bank, Standard Bank is very unhelpful
