Transfer on hold
We received a 100 percent bond in respect of a property purchased in April. We have signed the transfer documents but were advised by the bond registration attorneys (Heyns and Partners) that they are awaiting amended instructions from standard bank regarding the erf number. The transfer is now on hold and time is passing.
