Transfer not Reflecting and Cheque card issues.

So disappointed with standard bank once again. I mean how can a transfer from one standard bank account to another take over 24 hours. When I called the customer service team all they can say it can take up to 24 hours just because its not a business day. I mean my card cant swipe so if transferring from one account to another take sooooo long please tell me what i should do!!!!!
