Transaction not appearing on my statement even though the money was debited

<p>On the 29th of August 2016 I hired a car from AVIS Budget and an amount of R1350 was deducted from my account and was going to be reversed once I return the car. I returned the car on the 2nd of September and the reversal was done but still I have not received any money on my account. I contacted Std bank today where they told me that they can't assist because the debit is not showing on my statement. I asked the consultant who was assisting me if they do not have other people who can do further investigation as this amount was debited from my account. I still have the SMS with the reference number C ********** ********** . I need someone to check what is happening as this amount was debited and Nedbank the used by AVIS has reversed the funds as per the AVIS Consultant. I don't understand also how an amount that was deducted from my account can be reversed by Nedbank. Please assist.</p>
