Transaction declined but still went off my account
On the 29th of February at Caltex Fuel n Fix Barbara road Primrose I swiped my Standard bank debit card to pay for fuel both transactions was declined but both went of my account with service fees charged, up till today Standard bank hasn't reversed the money back to my account. this is the 3rd time it has happened with different cards and different accounts but the same bank STANDARD bank!
