Tranfere reversal

<p>i transfered money from my std bank to my abas 32 days notice and a few days later i reversed it and I was told it will be in my account on 17 aug. but there's still nothing. when i called the agent told me i didn't fill in the reversal form. now listen when i went to that ****ing branch nobody told me about the form. now this agent tells me for fill in another form for the reversal and wait for another 15 days! you people are pathetic</p>
