Totally Disgusted At Sheer Ignorance

I received a letter from Standard Bank stating that my payout would be paid during the month of June 2015. Now Randolph Ntsube has sent an email saying that it will be paid out 45 days from the end of June. I have repeatedly aske for his supervisors name and email address which to date have yet to be supp**** the details. I received an email yesterday with him saying his supervisor would call me before close of business, this did not happen. I want my payout this month as per the letter I received from them. I am totally disgusted with the service from Randolph Ntsube.
