TOTAL INCOMPETENCY Continued
See my previous review. The feedback received was that the money I supposedly owe to Standard Bank will be written off and the bond will be cancelled. However they state that I am responsible for the lawyers fees for the cancellation which I refuse to pay. I also still want answers to the following: 1. I want the calculation for the so called amount owed to them. i.e. How a ZERO balance accumulated interest of over R800. 2. How can a bond in MY name exist on a property that I DON"T OWN. 3. Why they insist on calling me Mrs Powell when I have been Mrs Bester for 9 years, which to me is a sign of TOTAL DISRESPECT.
