Total Disgust

I am still waiting for Standard bank to bring back my salary after withholding it because I owed bank chanrges that amount to R2000. This is the worst bank ever. They have been escalating the matter for the past 4days. I have a 3 year old, a car and a place to pay. I cannot do anything because i am being treated like a ******** with my own money that I worked so hard for. I called , amd sent through emails and the only thing they cam say is that they are escalating the matter. i dont even understand why they simply cannot give me the oustanding amount of my money. The amount of invonvinience that this bank has caused me is too much. I weny as far as threatning them with legal actions but my words fall on deaf ears.
