Torn R100 note!

I went to Sancardia's Standard bank ATM to withdraw cash. Was sorting out the cash when i discovered a torn R100 note amongst it. Like seriously? You encourage people to use the ATM but put torn notes in it? Every cent counts in this difficult times, and now I'm out of a much-needed 100 bucks! This is so disappointing. How can you even put torn notes in the ATM? It's not like the ATM will accept the note if I try to return it. Absolutely disappointed.
