Top down issues at standard bank branch

Standard bank Clearwater mall. I am very very disappointed with the service recently received at the standard bank Clearwater mall branch. From my recent experience I gather I am not alone on this. In a nutshell I have spent numerous days visiting this branch in an attempt to resolve a problem. The last visit was the last straw, it was then that I decided to look to the branch manager for help, I was that then realised that he was much too busy to assist me or any one else ( busy with his laptop doing God knows what... ) , while many many many people mainly elderly sit there in the long long long queues... ,and so I too had to sit there once again in the queue in too due to this banks incompetence to do their jobs right the first time, so it then it had also dawned on me if the branch manager is too busy to ensure smooth operation of the branch mmmm no its no wonder then why so many clients suffer in frustration in long queues ... And shame old people get taken advantage of as a result of this.... Sad really sad to see this ........
