took money from mt account with permission

On the 27 of march standard bank took out R4100 from my account with out permission . I made arrangements with a lawyer to pay them and standard back still took out the money this was not done once but twice and now I don't have cash to pay my rent,transport etc how can a company like this do some like this I really can't under stand.
