Too many referrals but no feedback:(
Very disappointed called in to apply for credit increase on my credit card, the query keeps on been referred for 48 hours and no one calls to notify me until I call and ask, then I am only told to wait another 48 hours with no valid reason just that it has been referred can’t they just tell me yes or no so that I can move to another institution which cares maybe?
