Too late to use what i ordered

I ordered goods from the U count on line shop, as i had a planned fishing trip.<br> It was nothing but a nightmare when it came to the delivery of the goods.<br> Firstly i was given 2 of the same item, then told that the 2nd item i ordered was no longer available, so i would get a credit of my points, when i returned from my holiday i found that the item had been delivered, what is the use of it now? i need it when i was on holiday, so i no longer need it.<br> Apart from that, the attitude and run around i got from your delivery company is beyond stupid, no matter how many times i told them they can only collect the double delivery item after i return, they still came to my house while i was away, to collect the item, above that, the guy who called me to arrange this had no manners and a horrible attitude, as though he was doing me a favor.<br> I want all items collected and my points refunded<br>
