too busy with rand manipulation to deliver decent customer service
So approximately around the beginning of Sep. 2023 I have been in to a branch regarding change of address and where my vehicle statements should be sent to. TWICE. I had to go in TWICE to request for it to be sent to a different address because I relocated. Round about the beginning of Nov 2023 I started getting visits from a sheriff who's just as *********** as the general staff at standard bank who asked from a distance if I am the home owner without asking my name. I said yes and he dropped a summons in my postbox for the previous home owner(maybe 2 owners before me). I reached out to the attorneys dealing with the matter and I was told if it's not addressed to me I should ignore it. I have gotten in touch with someone at standard bank after a twitter post regarding the matter and was last in touch the 12th Dec 2023. I had to complain again on twitter to receive feedback on the 6th Jan 2024 to read via email that I should ignore the summons. It becomes harassment when a sheriff pops in when I am not here and asks neighbors about my whereabouts. My question is how will the previous owner ever get the summons? Why can't standard bank instruct their attorneys to stop sending a sheriff around here? Then the icing on the cake is when I went back to check my latest statement which I receive via email only to see my new address was never changed. NO AMOUNT OF MONEY IN THEIR BANK CAN BUY BACK THE HOURS SPENT IN A BRANCH TO CHANGE MY ADRESS WHICH WASN"T DONE!!!!! I was told via idiots on social media that it can ONLY be done in branch. The second visit I was put on the phone. So why could that not be done FIRST from my home??? This bank should be named SUBSTANDARD bank.
