To Get Hold of Standard Bank is like Government

My sister is in Australia, before she left, I went with her to Standard bank in Randburg to do the power of attorney with Nkosana. We left, now I try make a query on her homeloan where I am told, I must get hold of the branch and tell them to send it through to Homeloans. This I find unacceptable on its own. You people should just do your job. The guy gives me a call centre number ***which doesn't even give me an option to be assisted. I then call again and get the branch telephone numbers which don't get answered. Your bank is worse than trying to deal with a government department. So now I must go sit again in the branch to deal with this.
