To change from 10% to 20%

We bought a house an obtain finance trough standard bank it took them from04/12/2015 till 19/01/2016 just to change the dep from 10%to 20% till today has not change we busy obtaining Home loan finace from another institution...The <br> bank attorney and myself phone the every week to tell them to change the deposit but fall on <br> deaf ears...Standard bank now the in process of<br> losing out on bout 1.8mil on interest just coz of their *********** Call Centre the least to say...
