title deeds

Non delivery of title deeds after paying up bond a yr ago. All I got from standard bank aggents is that we working on it and after numerous calls and promises from a long list of staff that they will get back to me. The biggest bunch of ****s cause once that phone goes down and u no longer on the line u are forgotten and all the promises gone. Been over a yr been told lies yet my account was settled for my bond and request for title deeds done long time.
