Title Deeds

My Name is Moses Mokone national Identity Number ***. My ***. I once wrote to Hello Peter regarding how standard bank handled my request. I Have submitted whatever the document they've requested and still today I am struggling to get my title deeds. My property description is ERF 1150 Mogwase and I am no longer owing that property but still I don't have my Title deed and again my wife passed on the year 2010 and her name still appear on the papers of which I did explain and submitted the documents to standard bank. Please Hello Peter assist me on this matter because I have lost hope with standard bank and I thinking of moving my business account from this useless bank.
