Title Deed run around

Keeping it short. 1. I had a bond with Std Bank for a house in Phalaborwa. 2. The bond was in both my name, D.N. Hartman and my live-in partner's name D. ***lard. 3. D, ***lard later became Mrs. Hartman but the bond stayed in D. ***lards name, 4. The house got paid off and we got divorced, 5. Mrs. Hartman, nee D. ***lard was paid an agreed amount for her contribution to the bond. 6. In a signed document Mrs. Hartman relinquished all rights and legal claim to the house ie 12 Theiler St Phalaborwa. 7. The judge at our divorce hearing awarded me, D.N Harman sole custody of the house 8. Mrs. Hartman remarried and emigrated from South Africa in 1998 / 1999 9. I have requested the title deeds to the house, Std Bank Housing will not give it to me unless they have documentation signed by D. ***lard 10. Over the years that this has dragged on I have submitted the following documentation to Std Bank i. Marriage Cert proving D.***lard married D. Hartman ii. Divorce papers proving our divorce iii. Certified copy of D.***lard's letter relinquishing all claims to the house. iv Judge's decision awarding me "Sole Custody " of the house I now have a buyer for the house and I cannot sell it because I do not have the title deeds. Do Std Bank's bond policies and procedures override legal decisions? i.e does the judge's decision to award me "Sole Custody" of the house not mean anything to the Bank? I am currently going through the process of trying to get the title deeds but once again have hit a brick wall . If this is the Standard of Banking we are in deep trouble
