Title deed required

I am the executor of a deceased estate. After waiting FOREVER for cancellation figures on the bond, it was eventually sent to us on 7 July. I wish to lodge the transfer at the deeds office, but your attorneys have STILL NOT received the title deed from the bank. I understand that there has been a backlog since April? I urgently require the title deed to be sent to your attorneys so that the transfer may proceed.
