TITLE DEED NOT RECEIVED AFTER THREE MONTHS OF SETTLING

<p>I hava a Bond with Standard Bank which was settled in February 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have instructed Standard Bank to close the account and give me my Title Deed.</p> <p> </p> <p>They said that the process takes three months. I waited for three months and still had no correspondence from Standard Bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called them to check the status about a week ago. They said that I need to contact their attorneys because they are handling the case.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I contacted the attorneys, they said that despite requesting items from Standard Bank, Standard Bank did not respond to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a buyer for R1mil for the property and I stand to lose this because the buyer thinks that I'm messing around.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need my Title Deed!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Poor service from Standard Bank Home Loans!!!</p>
