Title deed

Hi my Name is Sibongile Sithole, I settled my bond with Standard Bank February I have contacted the bank numerous time with regards to my title deed and till to date I have not recieved my title deed. The told me that that my titled deed is missing and that they will draft another one for me and but still have not gotten it.
