timelous charges
i have requested to have my cheque account closed ,, not only was i charged but debited over R2000 for it
fine as well the stop order was done and still my account was not closed its 2017 and ive gone to the branch to have it closed still has no been done
i want this account closed if you can treat staff like this imagine how the customers must feel ,, i want it closed and am not paying a cent more
