Time wasters

I have been sitting in the bank from 13.45 pm n it's now 14.28pm ,Que has not moved since I got here,staff sitting in one office n having good conversation while we on lunch n need their assistance, they look right at you and don't care that they laughing n joking while your lunch is almost over ,I only see 3 active consultants n this is a fairly big branch,will not be setting foot here and will let my colleagues know never to come here because they will take up your whole lunch break n still not get service
