TIME TO DUMP STANDARD BANK

Last month Standard Bank debits 16 "honouring fees" against my corporate card. I am told by a call centre consultant that this is an error. Really? As if I couldnt work that out. They then only credit 14 of these. I pay the full balance less the R300,00 which I am querying and report this to my manager. I am still waiting for this to be resolved. Last night I am advised that my credit card payment is overdue via text. Today I speak to a call centre consultant who tells me my card has been stopped because I owe R300.00. Seriously? My credit card - which I pay in full every month - has been stopped because I owe R300.00. Time to change banks.
