Thanks to Sipho Khumalo who is seeing my query through to the end!!! It hasnt been resolved yet but he's sent me his email address so I can contact him directly if my query hasnt been resolved by this afternoon. It's very seldom one gets this type of service in a call/service centre. Standard Bank PLEASE PROMOTE HIM!
