Thumbs up Standard Bank

On Saturday the 13th of February my husband went to deposit some money at the Std Bank ATM in Jabulani Mall, unfortunately the machine did not work and he got an error saying money retracted and the money was not returned.

He immediately contacted the bank and was advised to note down the ATM number and reference number provided and visit the bank on Monday.

This was done and an investigation started, on the very same Monday an employee by the name of Lucky Ntshabo called and told us that he is working on our matter.

First thing Tuesday morning we received a call and an email from Lucky advising that the matter has been resolved and attached the POP to the email.
