Three Months & No Response to Complaint and Refund!

It's almost three months and standard bank refuses to clarify the fees on the credit card. Numerous emails but no disclosure or expaination concerning fees. I have been waiting for THREE months on a refund to my credit card of R1544.20. No response as yet.
