Threatening to be taken to the LEGAL DEPARTMENT

In January 2015 I couldn't pay the bond because I had a car broken down. I tried making an arrangement with Standard bank and I was told I can only make an arrangements of 3 months.<br> In February I paid short of a few hundreds from the arrangement I made. Whitney called on Feb 10,2015. I explained to her that I will try to catch up on the following month. She told me I must honour the arrangement or I my account will be handed over to the Legal Department. I do not mean to undermine her duty to collect for Standard Bank but throwing some threats if she can not get her was is below the values of Standard bank. Which part of recovering from January and having a broken car in January doesn't she understand.<br> I hate to be threatened as if I HAVE NOT PAID.
