Threatened with legal action for account I closed

I received a sms from standard bank on the 06/09/2016 advising that my account is still in arrears to avoid legal action I need to contact the number ***. I contacted the number and spoke to Fikile who advised that in 2014 they received a settlement amount and an instruction to close the loan I had, this was not done, so the loan has an outstanding balance due to admin and interest of approximately R 260 (+-). She will refer the matter to the Admin Department for the matter to be investigated and they will provide feedback. I did not receive any feedback so i called the number again and spoke to Noma who also advised that she will refer the matter to their Admin Department for the matter to be investigated. I asked Noma if they check their system before sending threating sms'es to customers. She advised that the sms'es are system generated. i really do not appreciate receiving threatening sms'es from your office. The error is on your side, why was the account not closed in 2014 when i said it should be closed. You now threatening me because of an error made by your staff members. Please fix this and send me a paid up letter.
