THIS IS WHY TALANTED INDIVIDUALS ARE UNEMPLOYED

<p>I recently app**** for a learnership in durban. I was emailed a link to apply. I did. I then received another email after days that I was shortlisted and an assessment to be completed. I did complete. On the 13/02/17 I was asked to come in for an interview by masina fortunia at jbh on 15/02/17 I then emailed her back to stress that I app**** for durban. No reply. I then went to the nearest branch and was assisted by a young guy also doing a learnership i explained my situation he was furious and assisted me without hesitation and called masina fortunia. I then spoke to her. She said that the post is for jbh and Brandon Brown made a mistake with the sheets and put me for jhb. I then asked if I can complete mine in durban she said there are no posts and Brandon Brown will give me a call. No call till now. Banking is a passion to me and I take my passions seriously I am trying to add to the successs of standard bank. I was not contacted with any details. I have been trying for years to achieve my goals but my dream was just shattered just like that. The learnership slogan OPEN THE DOOR TO OPPORTUNITY. Mine has just been shut. By an error. What more must I do to prove my worth I have passed all my assesments then my door being shut. This is the example senior staff is showing the future banking era about service. My example the young man doing a learnership helped me more than the senior ones. Enough said. I hope my pleas don't go in vain. There are some things that juniors can teach seniors. </p>
