THIS IS *****

The debit order on my bond was R500 more than the previous month. We had a drop interest rate which means that my repayment would have been less than the previous month. i called SBHL, spoke to a lady Mokgadi. She said she will get the complaints dept to contact me. An hour later Mfanafuthi Mhlanga called, apologizing on behalf SBHL. Mfanafuthi said he will get some info and try to resolve the over debit. I received a mail confirming the above with resolution time 0f 3 days. I dont have 3 days cos my outstanding debit orders will be not be paid due to insufficient funds. How can SBHL increase my repayments without prior communication. In my opinion this is *****.
