All of a sudden I got a debit from my account of R69 When I queried the cost which has a reference of overdraft service fee ( I do not have a overdraft ) I was then told that the fee is as a result of going into the negative With no warning and irrelevant of how long you go into negative you will be charged R69

This is the answer I got The issue I have is I made prevision for all my debit orders however this R69 that the bank stole from me made one of my debit order bounce as there is now no longer sufficient funds available this has now also resulted in a fee of R147 When I spoke to the consultant the only asnwer I got was sorry but nothing I can do If you go into negative by 1c you will pay R69 This is just another way this country is *****ing from the people I would not be surprised if STD Bank is the next bank to be looted it seems to be the way things are going in this country I can guarantee you that Std Bank will not take responsibility for this and refund me the R69 and the R147 as they will state not their problem

Cause that is not how *****'s operate

I will be logging a complaint with the banking ombudsman as I am tired of a large company like Std Bank taking advantage of people with no recourse

If you go into the history of my complaints on HP you will see response from Std Bank like We take all the care to minimize problems to clients and such but at the end of the day no body takes responsibility for what actually happens to clients
