This is a f’d up bank

This bank is actually ****! 1. Why credit card is expiring this month, so I went and collected the new one. The f’d up part is that my balance and credit limit both appear as R0 and all online purchases are declined. 2. I am still waiting for my titanium credit card statement, which I explicitly stated that it should be sent by email.

I am starting to have this bank and considering moving to another with less ****.
