This bank should treat people like humans

It is with the greatest sadness imagine waking up on payday nd all your funds gone you then call the ***** dept lodge a claim nd after a few days you receive a call that no refund you authenticated all those transactions that u have never used before and worse it’s before my debit orders even went through how can I go on an online shopping spree like that knowing I have debts to pay I never even do online shopping at that time of the morning. This bank is so cruel no sympathy at all for clients shame went to the police for case number and all but they jus refused to reimburse my salary sitting with unpaid debit orders.
