this bank just doesnt respond

I had a cheque account with standard bank which has been paid out according to the terms of the court order it has been almost 3 years that i am trying to sort this out first the debt counsellors have sent mails and even took this up with the NCR to date no response .i have further email standard bank with proof of payments attached and the court order.the tell me that last year this debt was written off but today i have attorneys hounding me to pay a debt which has been settled. The intial debt was for R9046.59 .i repaid this account as per the court order R455.35 per month which adds up to R10871.52 how do i have a balance of R13050.18...where was the money i repaid. .this is ****************..furthermore they keep handing over the account and i keep on sending the same documents to different people it is simple do the math .i have paid off this debt
