Third Review, nothing as yet

Hi Standard bank, this is my third review. Last week wednesday Thabisile Nxumalo responded to my second one, nothing came out of it. My plea is simple, please please give me my car papers since i am done paying for it. I last asked for this last year in October and it has been a back and forth process all this time. I incurred costs, driven to the mall back and forth ..nobody seems to know what is happening. Can this matter be referred to senior management as a matter of urgency. I also want to be reimbursed for all the petrol and telephonic costs. Thank you
