Think they above the law

<p>today Standard bank debits my savings account with R6580 and explains it's an account SET OFF while I am under Debt review since 2011 and they have a court order that system what is agreed on as a repayment plan. to day the manager at Standard Bank clear water branch said he does not care what the debt agency or the court order signed off he will take what ever cash I have in my account. he has now put me in to and extra financial burden as I now have no money for food for my kids, petrol to get to work, can't pay my rent now ether as he took all the money I have. I've been paying them as per the court order since 2011 with not one month missed as the debt review agency takes the money before I even see any balance of it for living expenses as agreed by the court's. Tried to close the account with the bank and he refused to do so as well. also asked to closed my children's accounts and he also refused. It took me from 9am to 11.30 am just to get the accounts closed. I will also be referring this to the banking Ombudsman.</p>
