Thieving Bank

I have played powerball via the Standard Bank app, it has given me reference, taken my money and hasn't generated any numbers. I.E. No SMS with the numbers received. Tried their help desks but got tired waiting and listening to "your call is important to us...". This is the second time this has happened. The call to the 086.. numbers are not free and waiting for a response just depletes my balance. Service from this bank is generally poor.
