My father took a personal loan of R11 000 in January 2011 he is still paying for it, now Standard Bank is saying he owes them R34 000, he has never missed a payment how on earth does a R11000 loan end up being R34 000 but you guys are debiting every week, they than said that the amount that he was paying was too little and did not cover the interest now whos problem is that they are the ones that calculated how much they will debit from him every week.Standard bank does not velue its customers he has been to 2 different branches no one is able to help and worst of all when we request to see the contract they cant find it since June 2020.
